You can easily upload and maintain all photos in the control panel once you get started. Per MLS guidelines one photo must be the front of the home.

All REALTORs that list a property put their listings into the Multiple Listing Service. After that, every REALTOR uses this database of properties to find a home for the qualified tenant's/buyer they are working with. Having your property on the MLS is important considering roughly 90% of buyers use a REALTOR.
- Your property will also appear on most major real estate websites such as Google.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, and many more. Also, they will show up on many local agent sites and national brand sites like REMAX.com, ERA.com, Century 21.com, etc...

Your choice of a tenant's agent commission
- You set the commission rate offered to tenant agents at the time of listing. The typical commission offered to tenant agents varies, typically it is common to see around 50% of the first month's rent, but you can offer any reasonable amount. Offering the typical commission will increase your chances of agents showing your home. Offering less than typical commission may cause tenant agents to show other homes before yours.

It will provide an extra avenue for tenants who utilize real estate agents and typically stay away from traditional for sale by owner listings.
Your property will remain on the multiple listing service for a full 6 months. This is an MLS entry-only service, ChadHigby.com, LLC does not maintain the rental during the tenant's term, the landlord is responsible once the lease is in place to maintain the leased property.
